Residential Eligibility
WaterCare Protection Plan+ is available to residential customers that reside within 40 miles from our business location. Check with our team is WaterCare+ is available in your area.

Transfer to New Home?
Yes, your plan is eligible to transfer to your new home if it meets the 40 miles from our business location.
WaterCare+ Policy
Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers and or promotions. Parts used during service calls must be purchased from our Dealer.
5% discount includes: Water Softener parts, Reverse Osmosis parts, Media, Pre-filters for Water Softeners, Filters for Drinking Water Systems, and Restore+ for Water Softeners. Salt is ineligible for discount.
10% discount includes: Water Softeners, Filtration Systems, Scale Reducers, and Drinking Water Systems.
How do I cancel?
To cancel your subscription, please email service@specialtwater.com or our call office at least 10 days prior to your renewal date. Renewal reminders are sent 30 days in advance via email and mail. Subscription fees are nonrefundable.
Will I receive a refund?
Subscriptions are nonrefundable and auto-renew annually unless canceled.
Appointment No Show
If customer is not home, the appointment is considered forfeited.
Need Additional Service Calls?
Additional service calls beyond your two annual visits are available at a discounted rate. Contact us for pricing.

How do I pay for WateCare+?
Credit card required: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only. No other payment methods are accepted.
When does my plan start?
Your WaterCare+ Protection Plan starts the date of purchase.
Renewal Process
Your WaterCare+ Protection Plan renews automatically every year until canceled. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be canceled, and access to benefits will end.
